* Ward/ACCU weeks (approx. 6 per year): AM: ACCU/ward rounds including PTWR (DCC); PM: Ward reviews and board rounds (DCC); Weekend: Participation in ACCU/post‑take ward rounds per rota (on‑call supplement applies)
* Off‑ward weeks (indicative): 2 PAs
* Outpatient clinics (General/Heart Failure/Arrhythmia/Imaging) 23 PAs
* Subspecialty sessions (Cath lab, pacing list, imaging, or device clinic) 0.51 PA
* A&G/RAS triage and MDT meetings 1.5 SPAs
* Teaching, supervision, CPD, audit, QI, and governance Remainder: Admin and on‑call session‑in‑lieu
* Final job plan to be agreed with the Clinical Director after appointment.
