About The Role
Venatu Recruitment Group is partnering with our client in the Mansfield area to recruit a PSV Mechanic/Fitter on a permanent basis. We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Shift Fitter to join our client in Skegness.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a modern and varied fleet of vehicles, ensuring passengers travel safely and comfortably every day.
Key Responsibilities
* Routine maintenance and repair of PSV vehicles
* Diagnosing faults and carrying out necessary repairs
* Working in both a depot environment and responding to breakdowns on the road
* Ensuring high standards of engineering maintenance
* Supporting the transition to hybrid and electric vehicle technologies

Shift Pattern
* Guaranteed 38.5 hours per week
* Working 5 out of 7 days
* Various start times
What We're Looking For
* Experience in vehicle maintenance (bus, HGV/LGV, truck, automotive, plant, rail, or farm machinery)
* Ideally qualified to one of the following:
o PCV or HGV City & Guilds
o BTEC
o NVQ Level 3 Engineering in HGV or PSV
o OR Time Served
