An unique and exciting opportunity has arisen to join our small friendly team Marine Park. is a family run independent care home supporting 30 residents. We are looking for a senior care assistant to join our successful team.
To lead and support a team of care staff in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents living within our Caring & Leading Care Homes, ensuring dignity, respect, safety, and well-being at all times. The Senior Care Assitant acts as a role model, supports the Home Manager, and ensures compliance with all relevant legislation and best practice.
Responsibilities:
* Provider support to the manager and care co-ordinator to deliver a safe service and dispense medications and lead the team floor
* To deliver and promote the positive benefits of equality and diversity in the way that you carry out your duties and responsibilities
* To instil, promote and maintain a health and safety environment for Employee and residents
* Be flexible and highly motivated
* Be keen to implement service developments
