Do you want to help bring hear and eye care to the homes of those in need? As a Call Centre / Scheduling Assistant you can do just that. Your role will be office-based, booking and planning clinics, speaking with customers on the phone, assisting with any queries and general administrative duties. You’ll be the one behind the scenes pulling the strings and keeping everything running smoothly, while you grow professionally and personally.

Our team We have a wonderful small team, ready and waiting for you to meet. We are looking for a new team member on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
* Book and plan clinics
* Speak with customers on the phone
* Assist with queries and general administrative duties
* Support the domiciliary team to effectively care for patients
What’s on offer?
* Salary £25,883 per annum
* Working Hours are 8:30-17:30, Monday to Friday, 40 hrs a week

What we’re looking for?
* Ideally optical experience (advantageous)
* Previous office experience
* Excellent customer service experience over the telephone
