Your role
* Deliver exceptional person-centred care with dignity and respect
* Co-create care plans that honour individuality
* Record health changes to guide exceptional support
* Respond to concerns with professionalism and care
* Support safe, elegant environments that inspire wellbeing
* Encourage meaningful moments through social engagement
* Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience
* Proven ability to support individuals with empathy and expertise
* Clear, confident communicator with strong written and spoken English
