HumanFusion - Dance for Fitness is hiring an IP Administrator based in Manchester. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your IP experience within a supportive and knowledgeable team.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare forms for filing patent applications, ensuring excellent accuracy and attention to detail
* Prepare and file supporting documentation at various Patent Offices using relevant online systems
* Prepare documents and correspondence for clients and overseas agents with technically challenging content
* Create and process invoices, including complex invoices
* Review and action workflow correspondence, prioritising urgent deadlines
* Work collaboratively across teams, undertaking a variety of tasks as required
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Strong administration skills with a process‑driven, detail‑oriented approach
* Experience in IP Administration / Formalities is advantageous
* Excellent analytical, organisational and time‑management skills
* Ability to produce high‑quality work efficiently and to strict deadlines
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
