What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate will possess: Working hands-on in Figma every day Deliver well-structured, organised design files using an existing corporate design system Translate defined product requirements into high-quality UX designs Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Researchers, Content Designers, and Service Designers Strong background in User Experience and Interaction Design, with a flair for Visual Design. Excellent prototyping and layout skills, with the ability to articulate your vision to both internal customers and development teams. Familiarity with complex landscapes, preferably within financial services. A collaborative mindset, ready to work closely with a multi-disciplinary team.
