This vital role ensures tenants are fully informed, supported, and engaged throughout our planned works process, helping to improve energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and enhance living conditions.Key responsibilities will include:Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, providing clear and timely information about retrofit projects and energy efficiency queries.Serve as the liaison between tenants, contractors, and council staff, ensuring all parties are informed and any issues are promptly addressed.Assist in the planning and scheduling of retrofit works, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.Provide support to tenants throughout the retrofit process, including answering queries, resolving complaints, and offering guidance.
