Your new role As the Year 1 teacher, you'll take full classroom responsibility-planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing progress, and supporting each child's learning journey. You'll work closely with teaching assistants and colleagues, and be encouraged to take part in extracurricular activities and wider schoollife.
