Duties
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the preparation process.
* Controlling and managing inventory by monitoring stock levels and ordering as needed.
* Engage in training staff to take orders, provide recommendations, and upsell menu items effectively.
* Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly after use.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
* Follow all health and safety regulations while working in the kitchen environment.
Requirements
