Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager / Software & Business Developer, ideally with a strong foundation in management and technology. This role bridges the gap between business strategy and software execution. You will lead product development, stakeholder engagement, feature planning, and work closely with our engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
* Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business goals.
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
* Lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers, QA, and operations.
* Monitor product performance, user feedback, and KPIs; propose improvements.
* Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and timelines for development phases.
* Ensure quality assurance, release management, and deployment coordination.
* Integrate new features, such as AI-driven analytics, into existing systems (e.g. POS, school systems).
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
* Maintain product documentation, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
Qualifications & Skills
* Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, or equivalent (e.g. MSc Management or similar).
* Strong interest and familiarity with software development, even if not a pure coder.
* Understanding of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle, and project management.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Analytical mindset — ability to translate data into product decisions.
* Experience or exposure to AI/ML features, SaaS, or eCommerce is a plus.
* Familiarity with technical teams and software tools is beneficial, though you will not be required to code full-time.
