About the Job As a Freelance Warehouse Tutor, you will deliver engaging classroom-based and practical training as part of funded employment and employability programmes across Nottingham and Derbyshire. Your focus will be on equipping learners with industry-relevant skills, recognised qualifications, and workplace readiness. Key responsibilities include: Delivering training in Warehouse Operations, Health & Safety, Manual Handling, Stock Control, and Employability Skills Supporting learners to achieve Level 1–2 Warehouse & Storage qualifications Providing mentoring and tailored support to help learners build confidence and progress into employment Completing learner assessments and maintaining accurate records in line with awarding body and funding requirements Travelling between training locations across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire as required This freelance role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a measurable difference to learners’ employment outcomes.
