This is a non-case holding children’s social care advanced practitioner role based within the quality assurance and improvement function. The hours available are 30hrs per week (working days and hours per day negotiable). Working arrangements are hybrid (approx 60% office based with the remainder working flexibly).
The purpose of the role is to work as part of a small team providing quality assurance support to identified areas of children’s social care as a QA key link officer. Main duties include:
1. Leading and supporting full case file audit cycles
2. Leading and supporting thematic dip sample audits
3. Leading and supporting policy, procedure development and maintenance of the Tri X repository
4. Developing information and documentation to enable good sharing of learning from audits across services
5. Tracking, managing, and reporting on progress of actions derived from audits
6. Using performance information and data to inform audit work and deep dive themes
7. Contributing service-specific QA information into governance systems as part of a team
8. Contributing to inspection readiness activities and arrangements as part of a team
