VAN MULTI-DROP DRIVER
Location: Carlisle
Pay rate: £13.18 per hour
Shift times: 08:30 - 16:00
Manpower is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our National Client based in Carlisle for a 3.5T Driver to join their team on a temporary basis with an immediate start!
ROLE AND EXPERIENCE
1. Working between Monday and Friday (08:30 - 16:00)
2. Delivering paint and decorating supplies to decorators and trade customers via a planned route within a given area.
REQUIREMENTS
3. Must be aged over 21 years old
4. Full UK Driving licence with no more than 9 points.
5. Must have at least 2 years of driving experience.
6. Have appropriate PPE (Safety Boots/High Viz Jacket).
7. Flexible to support with additional duties e.g., carry out general warehouse/store duties during periods when not occupied in driving duties
8. Good knowledge of the local area.
9. Multidrop experience is desirable as there could be anything between 5 and 50 drops a day (depending on demand and the areas).
10. Good customer service skills (engaging directly with customers)
