Room Attendant – St Giles House Hotel, Norwich
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and detail-focused Room Attendant to join our dedicated housekeeping team at the beautiful St Giles House Hotel, located in the heart of Norwich.
About the Role
As a Room Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay. You'll be responsible for cleaning and presenting guest rooms and public areas to the highest standard, while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Clean, tidy and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard
* Replenish towels, linens, toiletries and other amenities
* Report any maintenance issues or lost property promptly
* Follow health, safety and hygiene procedures at all times
* Support the housekeeping team and assist in public area cleaning as required
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Reliable, with strong attention to detail
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Available to work weekends – this is essential
* Flexible with working hours (20–30 hours per week)
* Friendly and approachable, with a positive attitude
