IT Technician – Prestigious School (Education MSP)
Location: Woking, Surrey
Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hrs/week (typically 10:00–18:00 - Flexible)
Start date: ASAP
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing education-focused IT Managed Service Provider (MSP), working full-time onsite at one of the UK’s most prestigious co-educational state boarding schools in Surrey.

The IT Technician Role
We’re seeking an enthusiastic IT Technician with 1-2+ years of experience to deliver first-class technical support across networking, hardware, software, and cloud systems. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a collaborative school environment that truly values innovation and development.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory & Group Policy
* Manage user accounts, network connectivity and Wi-Fi
* Build, configure, and deploy end-user devices (including MS Surface via Intune)
* Provide day-to-day IT & AV support to staff and students
* Maintain software images, antivirus, and OS updates
* Support Google Workspace for Education and Microsoft 365 environments
About You
* 1–2 years’ experience in an IT support role
* Knowledge of Windows Server, networking, and Active Directory
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Customer-focused with strong attention to detail
* Experience in an educational environment is a bonus
