Join Our Culinary Team as a Chef de Partie!
Are you ready to take your culinary skills to the next level? As a Chef de Partie at Butlin’s, you’ll play a vital role in delivering our exceptional food offerings. You’ll work closely with our talented Sous Chef and Head Chef, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
About The Role
In this exciting position, you will:
* Take charge of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring safe preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes.
* Lead and manage a small team of commis chefs, guiding them to deliver our food proposition while adhering to food safety policies.
* Step in for the Sous Chef when needed, overseeing daily operations in your section to maintain efficiency and compliance.
* Keep your workstation clean and organized, setting a standard for health and safety that your team will follow.
* Prepare and cook dishes according to pre-approved recipes, complete daily food diaries, and manage budget margins with support from the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

While a Level 3 Food Safety qualification is ideal, it’s not essential. You will also be responsible for managing margins, controlling costs, and ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time, permanent role with a guaranteed 35 hours per week, working 5 days over 7, including weekends and late finishes.
Shifts are flexible, ranging from 7 AM starts to midnight. Plus, if you’re looking to relocate, we can provide on-resort accommodation!
