Trainee Associate Surveyor Programme

Dorset/Weymouth, Newcastle, Northumberland, Chelmsford and Southend, Taunton/Bridgewater, West London/Uxbridge/Ealing, North London/Enfield, Chelsea/Mayfair, Guildford, Reading, Slough, Carmarthen, Coventry, Newport, Preston, Blackpool, West Cumbria, South West London, Londonderry/Derry/Ballymena/Cookstown/Belfast, Central Bristol, Swindon, Shrewsbury, South Devon, Darlington, Torquay, Plymouth, Inverness, Edinburgh, Wigan, Reigate, Worthing, Doncaster, Sheffield, Chester, Cambridge.
Eligibility criteria include:
* A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification plus at least one year of relevant industry experience.
* A RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree plus at least two years of relevant industry experience.
* Over 4 years of relevant experience.
Further details are available on the RICS website. We’re also interested in candidates who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
