Overview

Undertake front of house duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests to ensure a superb customer service experience. To build a good rapport with all guests and resolve any complaints or issues quickly to maintain high quality customer service. To deal with guest requests to ensure a comfortable stay. To assist in keeping the hotel reception area clean and tidy. Undertake general office duties, including monitoring and responding to emails, filing, general telephone and switchboard duties as appropriate. Assist in other hotel areas if needed.

* Offering a competitive salary of up to £12.50 per hour after a 3 month probation period.
