Property Manager / Block Manager – Hybrid – Manchester - £35,000\nWe’re working with a longstanding, regional Property Management company who are looking to hire an additional Property Manager / Block Manager as follows:\n * Hybrid working (3-4 days from home) reporting into a Manchester office during probation and 1-2 days per week thereafter\n * 9-5 Mon-Fri working hours\n * Overseeing a local portfolio of long retained blocks, focused on budgets, site visits and major works\n * Zero Admin / Resident queries to deal with – these are all taken care of centrally on your behalf by a separate team ensuring an excellent work life balance (you’ll never get bogged down with emails/calls to respond to!)\n * Managing contractors, ensuring standards are maintained according to lease/contracts/SLA’s\n * 1-2 years autonomous portfolio management experience required\n * Professional qualification beneficial but not essential and can be supported in post\n * Excellent career path and training\nThe successful Property Manager / Block Manager can expect a starting salary up to £35k with ongoing reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.\nIf you are based in or around Manchester, have the above experience and would like to find out more, please apply now for immediate consideration
