Role Overview
Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include operations, store culture, customer relationships, and maintaining our coffee standards.
Responsibilities
* Understand the business needs and act accordingly.
* Lead the team to deliver an exceptional coffee experience for every customer.
* Oversee all operational aspects, including cash and stock management, standards, policies, procedures, and in-store marketing.
* Monitor KPIs, conduct checks, and implement actions based on feedback.
* Manage, develop, support, and delegate to the team to ensure the store is prepared to trade at pace.
Candidate Profile
We seek individuals passionate about coffee and people. Key qualities include:
* Leadership and accountability skills.
* Excellent customer service abilities and the capability to train others.
* Management experience in hospitality or retail.
* Ability to motivate and inspire your team.
* Reliability to operate the store independently in the absence of the Store Manager.
* Supportive attitude towards decision-making and change management.
* Motivation to advance to Store Manager.

About Us
