Job Title: Finance Transformation Program Manager

About the Role
* We are seeking a proven and experienced Finance Transformation Program Manager to lead and coordinate the Finance workstreams across multiple, concurrently running international transformation programs. This role is pivotal in aligning local program outcomes with global finance strategies, systems, and processes.
* The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in finance transformation, program governance, and ERP/Finance system implementation. You will work closely with global and local stakeholders, including sponsors, SMEs, and process owners, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of finance transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Finance aspects of multiple international transformation programs.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive Finance Transformation Plan aligned with global strategies.
* Facilitate collaboration between local and global teams to ensure process and system alignment.
* Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, and interdependencies.
* Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting on program progress.
* Ensure adherence to program governance, timelines, and quality standards.
* Support ERP/Finance application implementations, including JDE or similar platforms.
* Champion best practices in finance transformation and change management.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in leading large-scale, international finance transformation programs.
* Strong understanding of finance processes (e.g., Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash).
* Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards (JDE), SAP, Oracle, or similar.
* Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent programs and complex interdependencies.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive reporting.
* Strong business acumen with a process-focused mindset.
* Project or program management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
* Experience working in a matrixed, global organization.
