The Vacancy:
Our Martec engineering team is at the heart of what we do, and we’re looking for a talented Process Development Engineer to help drive the next phase of our success.
What You’ll Do:
As a Process Development Engineer at Martec, you will:
Design and Develop Solutions - Create commercial interconnection solutions that meet customer needs.
Process Improvement - Plan and implement process improvements based on real-time data to enhance delivery times and maintain high-quality standards.
Project Management - Lead product development projects to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and seamless handovers to production.
Customer & Supplier Relationships - Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, representing Martec in product development meetings.
Collaborate Across Teams - Work with Development Engineers, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure smooth product implementation and resolution of production issues.
Continuous Improvement - Contribute to engineering systems and tools, driving business improvements for customer satisfaction and company profitability.
What We’re Looking For:
Relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in product development and project management (MS Project preferred).
Good mechanical engineering skills.
Proficient in CAD (SolidEdge preferred).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and driven to succeed.
