Our branch is looking for a Branch Administrator to join our dedicated and successful team based in Bristol.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the end-to-end recruitment, ensuring excellent candidate experience
Manage advertising response and ensure all candidates are contacted within agreed set time frames at each stage of the recruitment process
Manage the recruitment email inbox, responding promptly and directing queries where needed
Post job adverts across relevant online and social media platforms
Carry out occasional salary benchmarking to help us stay competitive
Complete pre-screening checks on applicants as required and manage the boarding process
Prepare and send interview packs with all required documents for hiring managers
Keep the recruitment database accurate and up to date, tracking vacancy progress
Support with additional recruitment tasks as needed
Qualifications and Experience required:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong team-working skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities.
Confidence and self-motivation.
Good time management and organisational skills.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in relation to the work undertaken.
A minimum basic standard of IT competence to use company electronic systems effectively.
