Job Description
This very successful mid sized law firm (400 staff) is keen to recruit a facilities co-ordinator to provide a full service to the firm and ensure that a seamless, efficient and high-level service is offered to internal and external clients. You will collaborate with the Facilities Manager, administrative staff, hard and soft service contractors and other departments to address facility-related concerns and provide backup support during the Facilities Manager's absence.

To apply you will need at least 3 years’ experience in this type of role within a professional office environment, be used to dealing with senior management, attending meetings and putting forward proposals and have hands-on experience of office moves and refurbishments.
