Role Overview
We are seeking an Industrial Designer to contribute to the development of new products and enhancements to existing solutions within our laparoscopic visualisation platform. This role involves both creative problem-solving and technical development, ensuring our products meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate innovative, high-level design concepts to tackle complex challenges.
* Develop rapid prototypes (in-house where feasible).
* Conduct hands-on testing to evaluate design performance.
* Advance designs from initial concepts to fully developed products.
* Prepare technical reports for regulatory documentation.
* Plan and manage individual project timelines, contributing to R&D strategy.
* Collaborate with management on intellectual property development.
* Work alongside corporate partners, as directed by executive leadership.
