Global US Law Firm | LondonHybrid: 3 days in the officeCompetitive SalaryWe are actively recruiting a mid-level Employment Associate to join the Labor & Employment team of a leading global US law firm in London.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious associate with strong UK employment law experience to work on high-quality, cross-border matters for sophisticated international clients.The RoleThe successful candidate will advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including: Employment aspects of corporate and transactional work Day-to-day advisory employment law issues Multi-jurisdictional and cross-border projects Employment Tribunal litigationExposure to pay equity matters and experience working with US-based clients will be viewed favourably.Candidate Profile 35 years PQE with strong UK employment law experience Demonstrable experience across non-contentious employment matters, with Tribunal exposure Strong academic background and excellent drafting and analytical skills Commercial, client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work Ability to manage multiple matters concurrently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working collaboratively across offices and international teamsWorking EnvironmentThe firm is committed to fostering a flexible, collaborative and client-focused culture.This role operates on a hybrid working model, with three days per week in the London office.You may also have experience in the following: Employment Lawyer, Employment Solicitor, Labour & Employment Associate, UK Employment Counsel, Employment Litigation Associate, Employment Law Advisor, Associate Labour & Workplace Law, Senior Employment Associate.REF-226 396
