Ayko builds and markets high-performing eCommerce websites for household-name brands. We’re growing fast and need a Senior Digital Project Manager to help deliver Adobe Commerce and Shopify Plus projects while leading key client relationships.
If you’ve spent 5+ years in a digital agency, have strong experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento) and/or Shopify Plus, and want more ownership and influence in your next role, this could be a strong fit.
What you’ll do
* Lead delivery of full-site builds and major projects on Adobe Commerce and Shopify Plus.
* Manage client relationships and act as their main contact.
* Oversee project scope, timelines, and profitability.
* Write clear functional and technical documentation.
* Help refine and promote Ayko’s delivery process.
* Support pre-sales activity and scoping for new projects.
* Identify and manage change control, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
* Guide clients through integrations with ERPs, PIMs, and third-party tools.
What you’ll bring
* 5+ years in a digital agency PM role.
* 3+ years managing Adobe Commerce and/or Shopify Plus projects (B2B experience preferred).
* Adobe Commerce Business Practitioner Expert certification (or equivalent).
* Strong understanding of eCommerce delivery and technical documentation.
* Confident communicator with senior stakeholders.
* Experience managing large-scale integrations.
* Calm under pressure, commercially aware, and KPI-driven.

Location
This is a hybrid role with two set office days each week (Wednesdays and Thursdays) at our Leeds city centre office.
The rest of the week you’ll work from home, or occasionally visit clients or attend exhibitions when required.
You’ll need to be easily commutable to Leeds to collaborate with the wider team in person.
