We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. Duties
* Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
* Answer incoming calls, direct enquiries, and manage voicemail messages
* Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
* Maintain and update records using QuickBooks and other relevant software programmes
* Organise appointments, meetings, and schedules efficiently
* Manage correspondence via email and postal mail
* Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation
* Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping functions
* Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times
Qualifications
* Proven office experience or administrative background
* Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
* Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Good typing speed and data entry accuracy
* Demonstrable phone etiquette and communication skills
* Previous clerical experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for specific software systems
* Ability to work independently whilst maintaining attention to detail

Pay: £13.79-£14.42 per hour
