Sofina Foods is hiring a Senior National Account Manager to take the lead on one of our largest and most strategic retail accounts. Based in Malton, North Yorkshire, this role offers high visibility, real impact, and the chance to shape growth within a complex, high-performing pork category team. You'll be the primary voice of the customer internally, developing strong cross-functional relationships, owning joint business planning, and driving delivery in a fast-paced, short shelf-life environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and grow a priority strategic retail partnership, representing a significant portion of our UK business.
2. Own and execute joint business plans aligned to growth, sustainability, and supply chain performance.
3. Provide day-to-day leadership across the account—mentoring National Account Managers and Executives.
4. Drive forecasting, promotions, cost control, and contract negotiation with pace and precision.
5. Collaborate with operations, logistics, and supply chain to ensure right-first-time product delivery.
6. Monitor and analyse performance data to drive insight-led decisions and unlock new opportunities.
7. Influence internally and externally; be the face of the customer across the Sofina business.
