Role: FOH Runner – Arcus at The Imperial (New Opening Hotel)

40 hours (5 of 7 days weekly rota)

This summer, we open the doors to our fully re-imagined hotel, The Imperial – a new lifestyle offering within our portfolio. With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, a workout studio. Arcus is the new destination rooftop bar - this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.
About the Role:
We’re seeking a fast‑paced, detail‑focused Front of House Runner to keep service flowing in our vibrant rooftop restaurant. You’ll play a key role in ensuring guests receive dishes and drinks exactly as intended.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Run dishes and drinks promptly from pass and bar to tables with accuracy and care.
Support servers during busy service, helping maintain strong momentum.
Clear and reset tables, ensuring the dining space remains immaculate.
Keep service stations stocked, organised and guest‑ready.
Assist with polishing glassware, cutlery and tableware.
Uphold hygiene, safety and presentation standards.
Who You Are:
Some hospitality experience with confidence handling plates and glassware.
Strong communication skills and CEFR B2 English capability.
Organised, attentive and comfortable in fast‑paced service.
Bonus: experience in lifestyle venues or strong food & drink trend awareness.
