Overview We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our growing team in Avonmouth, Bristol. This role is Monday to Friday (hours are flexible) Key Responsibilities: Place adverts and monitor applications for warehouse candidates across the sites Answering recruitment enquires Screening, processing and on-boarding candidates for induction & training Complete necessary right to work checks for all candidates Monitor and Manage performance of warehouse colleagues Ensure accuracy at all times associated with the start to end recruitment process Management of all internal systems i.e., CRM, Online Candidate Portal and Unity Manage reporting on worker information with regards to sickness & attendance etc. Engage with colleagues daily to boost colleague performance Key behavioural skills: To possess a good level of communication skill, both oral and written.
