Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor or Manager to oversee our day to day running. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for coffees and customer service ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service and maintains the highest standards of food safety and production. Duties
* Lead and manage staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
* Supervise day to day running of business to maintain quality and consistency.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
* Assist in the training of new team members, promoting best practices.
* Coordinate activities during service hours, ensuring timely delivery for customers.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
* Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging teamwork and open communication among staff.
* Address any operational issues promptly to maintain workflow efficiency.
Experience
* Proven experience in a supervisory role setting is essential.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and management.
* A background in hospitality.
