Our client, based in Gloucestershire, is currently recruiting for a Property Manager on a six month contract. Six site visits are required per week, and this can be completed on a 'Manage your own diary basis', with all administrative work being completed from home. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is £18 per hour, paid through an Umbrella company. The ideal candidate will have experience working in and around Property Compliance including fire alarm and hot water checks, as well as having access to their own vehicle and an enhanced DBS. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Visiting six properties a week to complete various compliance checks Testing fire alarms, check running water In properties Booking maintenance works from contractors when issues arise Completing tenancy sign ups as required Completing administration work from home Experience required: Experience required in Social Housing Experience working with customers within housing Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Compliance knowledge Rewards and Benefits: Hybrid working Flexible working days Working hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
