About the role
Are you a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting projects and driving results? We’re looking for aDevelopment Programme Co-ordinatorto join our Store Development team. Reporting to the Development Programme Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our refurbishment and new store programmes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external suppliers, helping to manage project milestones, maintain accurate records, and support the end-to-end order process.
What you’ll be doing
* Coordinating key milestones and documentation for development projects.
* Managing supplier and equipment orders using SAP.
* Maintaining and updating project and asset databases.
* Supporting stores and suppliers with queries and logistics.
* Issuing timely communications and reports to stakeholders.
* Reconciling invoices and ensuring accurate financial tracking.
What we’re looking for
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
* Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
* Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Experience with SAP (desirable but not essential).
