Job Title: Service Manager Location: Sheffield Park Salary: From £40,000 Hours: 40 per week Role Purpose To lead the service team in delivering high-quality technical support and repair services for groundcare comapny. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, driving service efficiency, and supporting the growth of both contract and ad hoc service business. Key Responsibilities: Team & Operations Management: Lead and coordinate the mobile and workshop-based service team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and service contracts are met. Drive improvements in productivity, logistics, and compliance with health & safety standards. Oversee vehicle upkeep and uphold professional standards across the team. Customer & Technical Support: Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the Technical Department on warranties, complaints, and rework campaigns, while ensuring SLA targets are consistently achieved. Training & Development: Support apprentice development and continuous team learning in partnership with the Training Manager.
