WANTED: Mandarin speaking new homes staff for stunning marketing suites in Farnborough!
Working for one of the UK's most prominent house builders, you'd play a central role in qualifying excited new homes buyers and closing the sale!
1. Immediate start - temporary shifts
2. 10 - 5pm working hours
3. Weekly pay, £14 ph. + holiday (PAYE)
You'll need:
4. Languages in Mandarin.
5. To be able to confidently sell properties off-plan to first time buyers, down-sizers and overseas investors.
6. Natural rapport building and people skills.
7. Curiosity and passion about the area you are selling. What are local schools like? Recommended shops? Value for money? etc.
If would be a huge bonus if:
8. You have worked in property before.
