Property Inspection Clerk
Location: Burnham-On-Sea, Weston-Super-Mare, Nailsea
Salary: £26,500 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm (30-minute lunch break)
Benefits: Phone, iPad, and a company car (subject to age and insurance requirements)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Property Inspection Clerk to join a leading, independent property business in Weston-Super-Mare. Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough property inspections, including inventories, mid-term checks, and check-outs, ensuring accurate, first-time reporting.
* Foster positive relationships with tenants while ensuring a seamless inspection experience.
* Meet daily targets for volume and quality of work, ensuring all inspections and reports are completed on time and to the highest standards.
* Continuously develop your skills through training and refreshers, covering check-ins, check-outs, mid-term inspections, and more.
* Ensure all reports and documents are clear, concise, and error-free.

Required Experience:
* Previous experience conducting property inventories, check-outs, and inspections is a must.
