Requirements
To be eligible for visa sponsorship, candidates must possess a minimum of five years’ experience in Accounting & Finance recruitment, including proven experience in team management.
About the Role
* You will lead a team of up to 15 full‑time employees, fostering collaboration and strengthening the identity of our Accounting specialization across NSW.
* Focus on increasing our market share of recruitment services to enhance return on sales.
* Cultivate a high‑performance culture, enabling individuals to achieve their full potential.
* Oversee branch financials, focusing on P&L performance, cost management, and gross profit growth.

* Drive revenue growth by generating and providing high‑quality sales leads to the team, while achieving both individual and team billing targets.
* Inspire and lead an experienced team to enhance individual performance and productivity.
* Craft and execute plans that boost team efficiency and market visibility.
