We are currently seeking male support workers to join our compassionate and professional team supporting a young gentleman with autism, who is non-verbal and has sensory needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a service that is truly values-led and person-centred.

About the Young Man
* You'll Support Non-verbal with a diagnosis of autism and sensory processing needs
* Enjoys photography, walking in the park, and trips to Starbucks
* Needs a calm, structured, and consistent approach
* May sometimes require support involving physical interventions (training provided)
What You'll Do
* Support daily routines and promote independence
* Build a trusted relationship through consistency and compassion
* Use proactive strategies to support emotional and behavioural needs
* Celebrate achievements and enable him to pursue his interests and goals
* Work in close partnership with families, professionals, and the wider LIFE team

* Experience working with individuals with autism and complex needs
* Confidence and training in physical restraint (Full training given )
