Provide high-quality support to clients in their daily activities.
Assist with personal care and hygiene needs as required.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Experience in a support worker role or similar position.
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
Empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
Understanding of safeguarding and health and safety practices.
