What You’ll Be Doing
* Safely move and manoeuvre a wide variety of vehicles on-site, following all site rules and HSE requirements
* Drive in a professional, respectful manner at all times
* Maintain a tidy and organised yard through correct parking and vehicle positioning
* Complete Quality Control checks within required timeframes
* Support the Battery Maintenance team with charging and replacing batteries
* Conduct routine battery maintenance checks
* Understand and follow all ignition procedures and transmission types
* Support stock checking and reconciliation activities
* Carry out ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth running of administration and inventory processes
* Ensure full and compliant understanding of the “gating in” process
* Adhere to all Health & Safety rules and promote safe working practices
* Maintain a calm, courteous approach with customers and team members
* Operate handheld and tablet technology confidently
* Use CAMS system compliantly
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication skills with the ability to give clear instructions
* Confident driving a wide range of vehicles with various ignition and transmission types
* Good time management skills and ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
* Works well under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail
* Computer literate (including handheld devices and tablets)
* Basic understanding of HSE legislation
* Holds the appropriate licence(s) for all vehicles driven
