Responsibilities
* Lead design management and engineering assurance.
* Maintain control of design programmes, budgets and quality standards.
* Manage interfaces between stakeholders, design teams and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.
* Chair interdisciplinary coordination meetings and own engineering discipline interfaces.
* Lead design development with a focus on buildability, safety, sustainability and value engineering.
* Ensure technical compliance and quality control across all design requirements.
Qualifications
* Degree in an engineering discipline and professionally qualified (CEng/IEng) or working towards qualification.
* Experience leading multi‑disciplinary engineering and construction projects.
* Collaborative team player with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Resourceful and creative with a talent for innovative problem‑solving.
* Detailed knowledge of CDM 2015 and strong technical and information management skills.
* Valid driving licence.
