We're looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to help shape how data is used across the business: improving decision‑making, increasing productivity, and driving stronger commercial outcomes.
This is a hands‑on senior role for someone who enjoys combining strong technical delivery with real business impact. You'll take ownership of key BI solutions, reduce manual effort, and help colleagues spend more time focused on client‑facing, revenue‑generating work.
The post holder will join a fast‑paced IT team within our multi‑service office, alongside the finance and HR teams. We are a sociable office with a variety of different activities for individuals to get involved in, including summer socials and volunteering activities.

Main tasks
* Own and deliver high‑quality BI and reporting solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
* Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, turning requirements into clear, actionable insight.
* Reduce manual reporting and improve access to trusted, timely data.
* Support forecasting, performance management and commercial decision‑making.
* Own Power BI Service governance, including security, performance optimisation and deployments.
* Provide technical leadership and mentoring to BI colleagues, helping raise standards across the estate.
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in a senior BI / Power BI‑focused role.
* Strong SQL and data modelling skills, including advanced DAX.
* Experience working with Microsoft Fabric or modern cloud analytics platforms.
* Experience using Azure DevOps (or similar) to support controlled, well‑governed delivery.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Experience working in a professional services or fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
