Job Description
The Superintendent will report directly to the General Superintendent and be responsible for managing field operations on multiple ground-up projects, with a strong focus on wood-frame multifamily builds. The role requires travel across New Hampshire, with a concentration of work in North Conway.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily site operations and ensure project milestones are met
2. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff
3. Enforce safety protocols and quality standards
4. Maintain project documentation and reporting
5. Communicate regularly with project managers and leadership
6. Resolve field issues and ensure compliance with plans/specs
7. Lead site meetings and inspections
8. Represent the company professionally with clients and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant
Superintendent - Multifamily & Commercial - North Conway, NH - $135k+ - Will have
9. 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent (no Assistant-level candidates)
10. Strong background in wood-frame multifamily construction
11. Experience with ground-up projects preferred
12. Willingness to travel across New Hampshire
13. Located within commuting distance to Manchester or Keene offices
14. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
