Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking to join a collaborative finance team in a growing Shared Services environment? As part of our Finance Shared Services team, you’ll play a key role in delivering timely and reliable financial information for a portfolio of Samworth Brothers businesses. Key Responsibilities: Lead month‑end management accounting tasks for assigned businesses, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Prepare and post journals including prepayments, accruals, and payroll. Produce monthly P&L and balance sheet reports, including reconciliations for relevant accounts. Calculate and coordinate intercompany recharges and contribute to budgeting and year‑end activities. Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide guidance to Assistant Management Accountants when required. About You We believe success comes from collaboration and diverse perspectives. You’ll bring the following skills and experience: AAT Level 4 qualification (or above), with interest in further professional development. Experience in a similar role within a medium to large organisation. Strong Excel capability and good understanding of ERP systems (MS Dynamics AX/365 desirable). Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across Finance and Shared Services. Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a changing environment.
