The role
You’ll be the person who helps bring major UK property projects to life, from pre-launch buzz to campaign delivery. One day you’re crafting email journeys and social content, the next you’re coordinating designers, shaping launch assets, refreshing microsites, or helping sales teams ignite interest in their latest development.
Also, think, executing multi-channel marketing campaigns for property launches via email, social, WhatsApp, website, brochures, as well as assisting with microsites, landing pages and website updates (WordPress and Squarespace).
It’s varied, hands-on, and sits right at the heart of how the business attracts and engages buyers, investors, and partners. If you love switching between creativity and commercial thinking, you’ll thrive here.
What’s required
You’ll need a couple of solid years of marketing experience behind you, a confident grip on multi-channel campaigns, and the ability to write, create, schedule, organise, tweak, plan, and collaborate without dropping any plates. You should be comfortable working closely with sales teams, keeping timelines tight, and adapting in an environment where new launches and last-minute shifts are part of the fun.
Strong copy, socials know-how, email marketing confidence, and familiarity with tools like WordPress, Canva, Adobe, and Google Analytics will help you hit the ground running. A driving licence and access to a car are essential.
Someone who’s immediately available would be mega handy as this seat needs to be filled, sooner rather than later.
