About the Role
This is a
field-based Relationship Manager role
with full support from an internal relationship management and underwriting team. You'll be responsible for generating new business through broker relationships, managing a pipeline of high-value deals, and ensuring completions hit quarterly targets.
You'll be handling transactions from £250k through to £10m, with London and the South offering the greatest broker concentration and the largest pool of untapped opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Build, develop, and manage relationships with brokers, introducers, and key partners.
* Originate and structure bridging, refurbishment, and development finance deals.
* Conduct 8–10 broker meetings per week, driving consistent deal flow.
* Work closely with underwriters, transaction managers, and asset managers to ensure smooth progression through to completion.
* Represent the lender at networking events, broker meetings, and industry functions.
* Act as a trusted expert and brand ambassador within the specialist finance market.
Package & Benefits
* Salary: £50k - £65k
* Bonus: quarterly and annual performance-based bonuses, uncapped potential

Skills & Experience
* Proven track record in property finance (bridging, development, refurbishment, or buy-to-let).
* Strong origination experience with an established broker/introducer network.
* Sales-driven with a clear record of achieving and exceeding KPIs/targets.
* Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Confident managing high-value and complex transactions.
