Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrator to join our team and support our daily operations. Working within our Asset Data Team, you\'ll provide administrative support for the delivery of our asset management functions. You\'ll book and manage surveys, ensuring residents are informed and engaged with the process and information flows smoothly, ensuring we continue to provide safe and decent homes to our customers. You\'ll assist with the record keeping of property asset information updating housing databases from repairs and inspections. You\'ll encourage customer engagement through making phone calls, sending letters and working across various teams to ensure effective stakeholder communications.
Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
* Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Arranging property inspections for Surveyors, following up with contractors and tenants and documenting outcomes on relevant systems.
* Administrative support to the team, providing a coordinating function to enable an effective customer service.
* Management of team email in-box and responding to general enquiries in relation to the service.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
