Clumber ParkMr Straw's HouseThe Workhouse & InfirmaryYou will be specialist in your field with great knowledge in participatory practice, growing and diversifying volunteering, leading for an inclusive people culture both on and off property.You'll be delivering a high quality volunteering experience, collaborating with teams to deliver end to end volunteer journey including planning volunteer recruitment, inductions, training, management, recognition, complaints and exit. You'll be using data and insights to make effective decisions, ensuring that standards are continually met across the portfolio.Building open and empathetic relationships, you'll expand people's trust and perception of volunteering, welcoming new volunteers and help creating a positive, inclusive and engaging experience for all volunteers, volunteer managers and partners.
